Late Night Frights, Early Morning Confessions

"Hi-a ____!" You heard your room mate Feliciano scream as he came through the front door.

"Hey Feli, how was training?" You asked walking over to the front door to see both your room mates Ludwig and Feli taking off their jackets and hung them up on the coat rack.

"Oh, ____. It was-a great! Right Ludwig?" Italy asked looking up at the blond man.

"Uh, yeah. Ist vas great." The German mumbled.

"Alright, well Gilbert called and said he was on his way back. He also said he has a surprise. Should I be scared, worried, or excited?" You laughed as you walked into the living room and sat on the couch.

"Ja." Ludwig replied walking into the living room and sitting on the far end of the couch.

"Great." You sarcastically said.

"____! Did you-a see-a my kitty?" You heard Feli ask.

"Try your bedroom, you sort of locked him in there this morning." You shouted to the Italian,

"Und you didn't zink of letting him out of the room?" You heard Ludwig ask you.

"Yeah, that cat doesn't like me, so I wasn't going anywhere near that demon animal." You stated.

"The awesome me has arrived! Along vith the awesome surprise!" You heard Gilbert shout as the front door slammed.

"And what is this awesome surprise?" You asked the albino as he came and sat beside you.

"This." He stated passing you a DVD box.

"The Grudge." You read. "Hell no." You threw the DVD at Gilbert and walked away.

"Come on _! You can sit beside ze avsome me!" He pleaded.

"Well in that case, no!" You shouted at the albino.

"Give ist a rest Gilbert, ____ hates horror movies." Ludwig replied.

"Please ____." Gilbert pleaded. "I Gilbert ze avsome, promises istn't zat scary."

"You promise?" You repeated looking into his ruby eyes.

"Ja, istn't scary at all. You can even sit beside Ludvig in case you get scared." He laughed nudging you, which caused a light pink blush to rise to your cheeks.

Half way through the movie you realized that Gilbert had lied it was the scariest movie you've ever seen. You were going to kill Gilbert if you even made it through the movie. You noticed Feli had a similar expression as he held on close to his cat tightly in the dark. Feli had come to join you after he grabbed his precious kitty. Thunder rolled in the distance causing you to jump in your spot beside Ludwig courtesy of Gilbert. Who speaking of was laid over half the couch so you had no choice but to sit close to the blond German.

The film was at it's climax, you hid trembling behind your hands so you couldn't see anything. A bright flash of lighting appeared in the window, then everything went black and quiet. The power had gone out, which caused you and Feli to both scream.

"Germany-a Germany-a! I am so scared!" He screamed using his nickname for Ludwig.

"The awesome me vill go find some candles!" You heard Gilbert yell. You then heard a large crash and a cry of pain. "Ah fu-"

"Language!" You scolded.

"Scheibe!" He yelled his voice fading in the distance. You then felt something around your feet which cause you to jump and fall onto Ludwig's lap.

"It's going to get me!" You cried as he pulled your feet off the ground and clambered onto Ludwig's lap.

"Sh, ist's not going to get you." You heard Ludwig say soothingly into your ear. You then heard a soft meow.

"Feli! Get your cat out of here, it almost gave me a heart attack!" You yelled.

"Ve! Come-a here kitty!" He laughed trying to get the cat's attention.

"Sorry about that Ludwig." You blushed as you got off his lap, another clash of thunder and lightning came from outside, causing you to whimper. A soft glow of candle light came from down the hall.

"Vas no problem." He stated.

"The awesome me has returned with flashlights and candles!" You heard Gilbert yell as he placed a candle on the coffee table. You could now see everyone's faces pretty clearly.

"I think I am going to head to bed." You replied sleepily getting up and grabbing a flashlight from Gilbert.

"Ja, me too." You heard Ludwig say.

"Night guys, by the way Gilbert I hate you." You stated angrily as you turned the flashlight on.

"Nein, you don't" Gilbert smirked as you walked past him. Another flash of lighting illuminated the dark hallway as you reached your bedroom, giving the place a creepy glow.

It was just a movie, it was just a movie you repeated to yourself as you crawled under the covers and fell asleep.

A large roar of thunder jolted you awake, you were glad though since you just had a terrifying nightmare. A flash of lighting illuminated the room, out of the corner of your eye you saw a black shadow move across the room. You froze in terror, not wanting to move but also not wanting to get out of bed in case whatever the shadow was would eat you. But after you saw it again you jumped out of bed and ran out your room into the hall. Another flash of lightning and you saw the thing again crawling on the floor. A fear tears have now gathered in your eyes, and began to fall down your cheek as you made your way to Ludwig's room.

Usually you would knock softly on the door to wake Ludwig up, but not with something that's following you. No, instead you pushed open the door and tried to shake Ludwig awake.

"Ludwig! Ludwig! It's after me! It's after me!" You cried as you tried to wake the German.

"____! Vat the Hell!" Ludwig yelled as he was jolted awake, in the soft glow of the candlelit room he saw your tear-stained face.

"Frau? Vat ist vrong?" Ludwig asked as he sat up in bed, his muscles showing under his tight black tank top.

"I had this really bad nightmare, and then the thunder-storm was still going, and then there was something crawling on the floor!" You trembled.

"Come here." Ludwig sighed motioning for you to crawl in bed beside him. You did as you were told and cuddled close into Ludwig's chest. "Sh, frau, nozing ist going to get you." He said soothingly as he rubbed circles on your back.

"Why am I such afraidy cat?" You whispered.

"Everyone ist afraid of something." Ludwig replied.

"What are you afraid of?" You asked him.

"Losing you." He replied.

"But why?" You questioned.

"Ich liebe dich _." He said hugging you closer to his chest.

"A-Actually?" You blushed.

"Ja." He smiled.

"Ich liebe dich auch." You sighed contentedly.

"____?" Ludwig asked.

"Yeah?" You looked up, but then felt a pair of lips against yours, you smiled into the kiss as you eagerly returned the kiss.

Another clap of thunder echoed through the room causing you to jump out of the kiss and snuggle into Ludwig's side. After a few minutes you calmed down and fell asleep in Ludwig's arms. Ludwig smiled and kissed your forehead, a soft meow came from below. Ludwig peered over the side of the bed to see Feli's cat.

"Scheibe, you dumb cat. Thank you." He laughed as the cat trotted away, he looked at your sleeping figure one last time before he fell asleep himself.
