You had decided to go to the library after school so you could study. You sat yourself down at an empty chair and cracked open your books. You read over the tiny print passages and sighed in frustration. Your final exam for your second language course was coming up on Monday, and it didn't help that you never were good with languages.
"Why did I even take German," you groaned as you rested your head on the library table. "I have three days to learn a new language," you muttered.
After you had complained about the language for a good hour, you decided to try and study some more. You looked over your notes in your notebook and tried to recollect the lessons that were taught. All the notes look cryptic, like some alien language used for intergalactic communication.
You glanced around the library, your eyes scanned over the massive stacks of books. The library was pretty empty, except for a few stray people and the librarians. The silence was peaceful though, unlike when you tried to study at school. Your eyes darted back towards your note book in attempt to try and learn the language.
"Danke, that means," you drifted off and tried to think of what the word means. "It means dog!" you glanced down to check your answer, you frowned when you read the translation. "It means thank you? Damn I am going to fail." you slammed your head onto your textbooks.
"You alright?" you heard a stern voice ask you from above.
You looked up to meet a pair of dazzling light blue eyes. The person's blonde hair was slicked back revealing their chiselled features.
"Yeah I am fine Ludwig," you replied as your face returned to it's resting spot on the text book.
"You look very stressed," he pointed out. You heard a chair scrape across the floor across from you.
"I have a final exam in Second Language on Monday, and I am going to fail mine." you stated. As you glanced back towards the stern German, an idea clicked in your mind. "You're German right?" you questioned.
"Ja, I am. I though you knew that?" the German retorted, confusion evident in his voice.
"Will you please help me learn German?" you pleaded, your voice laced with desperation.
Ludwig sighed heavily as he cast you a small smile. "Ja, sure." he responded.
"Thank you Ludwig!" you exclaimed as you jumped out of your chair and ran over to the tall German.
You wrapped your arms around him and hugged him in thanks. It took your mind a few minutes to process what was going on. Once you realized your arms were around Ludwig, a violent red blush crossed your face. You immediately let go and walked back over to your seat.
"S-Sorry about that," you laughed nervously as you rubbed the back of your neck.
"N-No problem," Ludwig stated, a blush tainted his cheeks. Ludwig cleared his throat, "so let's start."

"Now what does that mean?" Ludwig asked as he used the tip of his pencil to point to a sentence.
"It looks like Greek to me," you muttered as you stared at the foreign words.
"Just try Fräulein," Ludwig encouraged.
"Something about my struggles?" you asked, you cast a glance at Ludwig to see if it was correct.
"Ja, that's right. Can you get the first part?" Ludwig questioned as he pointed to the first couple words.
"I can understand that ich is I," you stated, as you stared at the page. You brain tried to decode the confusing language. "Other than that, I don't know." you shrugged. "I am going to fail."
"You aren't going to fail, I promise." Ludwig promised as he cast you a warm smile. You sent him a warm smile in return. "Why don't we try something else?" he suggested.
"I put my full trust in you," you smiled, and chuckled slightly.
"Alright let's start," Ludwig stated as he returned to his usual stern face.

"Gute Nacht," Ludwig quizzed, his blue eyes scanned you as he awaited for an answer. He was situated to the right of you, pretty close too which caused you to have a small blush on your face.
"Good night," you responded, happy that you knew the phrase.
"Very good, how about Katze?"
"Cat?"
"Very good," Ludwig smiled proudly.
"Yeah I know two words out of hundreds," you sarcastically exclaimed.
"Just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day," he pointed out as he tried to help you build confidence in yourself. "Now let's move on to longer expressions."
"Alright, let's see this train wreck," you joked.
"What is how are you in German?" Ludwig questioned.
"Wie geht's?" you tried to pronounce.
"Ja, it's a good thing this isn't an oral exam." Ludwig teased.
"Shut up, I am trying!" you laughed as you playfully pushed his shoulder, which earned a laugh from him.
"Now what is I love you in German?" he asked as he leaned closer to you.
"I have no idea," you blushed, as Ludwig came even closer to you.
"Ich liebe dich," Ludwig whispered as he tucked a piece of your hair behind your ear. "Now you try saying it."
"Ich liebe dich," you repeated.
"Glad to know," he smiled as he leaned even closer to you.
He used his hand to turn your face so that you were now looking him in the eyes. He gave you an innocent smile before he captured your lips in a sweet kiss. An even darker blush painted your cheeks, as you melted into the kiss. You wrapped your arms around him, and in response he placed his hand on the small of your back and pulled you closer to his chest.
"Did you really mean it?" you asked as you pulled out of the kiss.
"Ja, I did," he blushed.
"Thanks for everything," you thanked the German.
"Anything for you Fräulein," he chuckled as he kissed your forehead.
"Will you write the test for me?" you eagerly asked.
"Nein, you have to write it yourself," Ludwig sternly said.
"Fine," you sighed. "I am glad you know German."
"I am glad you just so happened to be learning German," he responded.

"Norge! You're lettin' another day pass! Don't make me drag you to her house!" Mathias yelled across the room, waking up the said Norwegian.
"You know where she lives? Creepy..." Emil said as he took a sip of his hot chocolate.
"Shut up, Dane." Lukas groaned and buried his face into the pillow.
"I'll make Emil call you 'Big Brother' if you at least knock on her door."
"Like heck if I would."
"It doesn't matter. Just leave me alone." Lukas said as he stood and went up to his room, slamming the door.
"He just needs some advice, guys." Tino said, loud enough to be heard from the kitchen.
"Yeah!"
"Good advice, Mathias." Tino finished.
