"I absolutely hate that you're always at the bar with Mathias and Alfred," you complained to your roommate Gilbert.

"Well, they're fun people to hang out with," he stated as he leaned against one of the counters of the tiny kitchen.

"You also still have to pay your half of the rent," you scolded as you crossed your arms over your chest.

"I am working on it," Gilbert told you with a sly smirk.

"No Gilbert, I need to pay the rent now. If you don't have the money get out," you shouted. This hadn't been the first time Gilbert hasn't paid his part of the rent on time.

"Fräulein, you wouldn't kick out the awesome me would you?" he asked as he flashed your a smile.

You cocked your head to the side and give him a questioning look. His usual smirk returned to his place face as he stared at you with his ruby red eyes.

"Oh really?" you asked the albino with an arched brow, Gilbert nodded vigorously. "Try me," you taunted.

Gilbert was about to open his mouth but he saw the look you gave him. He immediately shut his mouth and with held his come back he planned to say. Instead he walked over beside you and slung his arm over your shoulder. You narrowed your eyes and glared at him, you shrugged his arm off and walked away.

Gilbert laid on his bed, his limbs sprawled across the mess of red and black sheets. His white hair was in disarray, with Gilbird perched on his forehead.

"It's been one week since the whole ordeal Gilbird," Gilbert explained to the little yellow bird. The tiny pet chirped in response to it's owner. "Do you remember what happened five days ago? Good times," the Prussian smiled as he rested his hands on his stomach.

You walked through your living room a tall glass of iced tea in your hands. The cold ice banged on the glass as you walked to the balcony of your apartment. A book was tightly placed under your armpit as you slid the balcony door open.

You placed your cold drink and book on a small plastic table. You turned around and shut the door tight, as to not let Gilbird find his way outside again. You backed up to sit in your chair, you never noticed that someone else was already sitting on the chair.

As soon as you didn't feel the plastic, you tried to jump right off the object.
Instead you felt a pair of arms wrap around you and hold you tightly. You tried to squirm free, but the grip only tightened.

"What the hell!" you cried as you squirmed.

"Everyone wants to be held by the awesome me," Gilbert whispered in your ear.

"Let go of me!" you demanded.

"Apologize first," he stated.

"Not until you pay the rent!" you shouted, as you broke free from his grasp.

"Give me one more week," he pleaded with a puppy dog pout.

You sighed, "fine you have another week. I am sorry for being on your case as well. I just don't want to be kicked out."

"It's alright, the awesome me forgives you." he stated as he put his arms behind your head.

"Don't you have something to say back?" you asked him, as you out your hands on your hips.

"No I don't think so," he shrugged.

"Of course," you grumbled as your grabbed your book and opened the balcony door.

"Where are you going?" he asked you.

"Inside, have a nice day." you mumbled as you walked back into the apartment. "By the way put a shirt on. Your always without a shirt."

"She secretly loves me Gilbird," Gilbert laughed as he began to drink your iced tea. "She loves me."

Gilbert smiled as he pet Gilbird's head. "She so loves the awesome me."

"Gilbert!" your angry voice rang out through the apartment.

"Yes ____?" he called back.

"Stop leaving your dirty clothes around the house!" you screamed at him as you forcefully pushed his bedroom door open in a full out rage.

"You look funny Fräulein," he laughed.

"I hate you," you growled.

"Can't blame me for laughing. I laugh at funerals," he shrugged.

You threw the pair of Prussian boxers at his face. "I hate you," you grumbled as you walked out of his room.

"No you don't you love me," he teased as he followed you.

He came up behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist. He held you close to his chest.

"I am sorry," he apologized. "I'll try to get rent in on time. I promise!"

"We both know you aren't going to Gilbert," you mumbled.

"But I'll try, the awesome me might succeed!" he argued.

"Fine, you're forgiven." you sighed.

"Great, now I can do this." he stated as he used his hand to turn your head to face him. He propped your chin up and planted a quick sweet kiss on your lips.

"I still hate you," you blushed as you pulled away.

"I still love you," he laughed as he watched you walk away, Gilbird flew and perched itself on his owner's shoulder, he gave Gilbert a little chirp. "She still loves me."
